Welcome to the new home of the Coughlin, Rainboth, Murphy and Lown Law Firm Blog.
Respect, Integrity, Courage, Experience, Success
Our Firm is Based on Respect for the Dignity of Every Person
We represent people whose sense of dignity has been diminished by injury, bankruptcy, divorce, or disaster. We care about our clients, and our goal is to achieve justice for them and renewed hope for the future.
As husbands and fathers ourselves, we are deeply aware that the affliction of one member affects the entire family. In the course of our work, we have sat at hospital bedsides, visited the homes of those who cannot travel, and answered the midnight calls of distressed clients.
We pledge to serve you with that same dedication, if you choose us to represent you.
Each partner in the firm has practiced law for over 20 years. We are well aware of the tactics some corporations and persons use to overwhelm anyone who has a legitimate claim against them. For example, a company may try to get you to sign away your rights quickly for a small amount of money, before you have enough health or time to learn of your rights or consider long-term consequences.
We will not be intimidated. When the other party knows that you have us as your advocate, they will stop trying to scare you or rush you into an agreement you may come to regret. (They might even start worrying about their own position.) Generally, you will have greater success, and much less stress if you bring an attorney into the situation as soon as possible.
All consultations by phone, office visit, or a visit to your home are free. We’re here if you need us, and we welcome your calls and question.
The firm has extensive experience in business, litigation, personal injury litigation including medical malpractice and wrongful death claims, workers’ compensation and insurance law, as well as divorce, custody and child support matters.
