Attorney Rainboth Files Third Suit Against PainCare

PORTSMOUTH — Attorney Michael Rainboth has filed a third lawsuit against PainCare Centers alleging a third client was improperly prescribed the highly-addictive drug Subsys, while also alleging “racketeering” medical professionals received “kickbacks” for prescribing the fentanyl-based drug.

The Portsmouth lawyer filed the third suit in the Strafford County Superior Court on behalf of Jerome Cassell of Middleton and against Dr. O’Connell’s PainCare Centers of Somersworth, former physician assistant Christopher Clough, Subsys maker Insys Therapeutics and Clough’s former supervisor, Dr. John Schermerhorn.   READ MORE>>
